A: JIMMIE'S CHOCOLATES will stay fresh for up to two weeks. The key is keeping them in their box or an airtight container, away from direct sunlight, and under 72 degrees with low humidity.
A: Freshness of JIMMIE'S CHOCOLATES can be extended by refrigeration, but it is not recommended. Refrigerating the chocolates may cause them to loose their luster. If you are refrigerating the chocolates be sure to do so in an airtight container.
A: We do not recommend freezing our chocolates. If you do so the chocolates may loose their luster. If freezing is needed be sure to defrost them in the refrigerator, THEN let sit a room temperature for at least an hour. This will yield the best result for defrosting. Frozen JIMMIE'S CHOCOLATES will last for up to six months.
A: All of our chocolates are made on the premises in Dania Beach Florida. We use time-honored chocolate making techniques. Our chocolatiers have a combined 80 years of chocolate making experience.
A: We make all of our chocolates by hand and we use only the highest quality, fresh ingredients. We avoid fillers, artificial flavors and added wax. Our dedication to quality may be slightly more costly than other chocolate brands but the final product is well worth it!
A: There is some evidence that the answer is yes! Chocolate contains the chemicals of caffeine, theobromine and phenyethylamine (aka phenyenlanaline) that may cause that warm feeling of euphoria.
